I know I haven't been terribly active on here lately, and I'm sorry about that. Life's been...busy lately.

I have been drawing though, thanks to my wonderful friend Twesmuse.   (Honestly, the majority of things I've done lately are her fault, lol.) So I will get around to posting some of the art I have Sta.sh'd here soon. A lot of said art is of my OC Felriel (some AU stuff, and some not), so uh... I hope you like elves? One handsome elf in particular, anyway.

Anyways, that's that. I'm not dead, even though my absence here would definitely make it seem like I am.

I got 3 hours of sleep last night and it's 11pm now, so how about a meme?

After a little more than a week of dealing with suddenly being unable to use sleep mode on my 6-month-old gaming laptop, I finally just decided to reset the whole thing to factory default in a last-ditch attempt to fix it, since nothing else worked.

I gave up my 3 Skyrim characters/save files for this.
A little over 500 hours of playtime for this.
All of my mods and installed programs for this.

And what do I find when I put the damn thing to sleep after resetting and reinstalling Windows? It crashes. Just like it did before I reset it. Wiping everything solved absolutely nothing.

What the fuck.

I am genuinely upset. Not so much over losing my characters, but more because I did something I really did not want to do, all to fix an error I can find next to nothing about, and it didn't work.



I'm re-downloading Skyrim as I type this, then I'll get it back in shape for modding. And I guess I'll just have to deal with shutting the stupid computer down in place of using sleep. Glad it boots up quickly.

...at least I can move my Skyrim files into my D drive this time, I suppose. May as well make good use of my terabyte of storage.
